Dear Dale, Can you confirm that making this change does not violate legal bindings in any way. There's no issue on the target computer the windows 7 computer since I was able to RDP in. When I'm opening the firewall on the Windows 10 I do not see port because Remote Desktop is not even there There should be no reason it doesn't work unless you have something on the W10 box blocking it, so as above from the W10 machines can you telnet that machine on , can you even ping it?
Okay, so when you go and open Remote Desktop Mstsc on the Windows 10 Home computer and try accessing the ip of the Windows 7 computer it fails but it works on other computers?
Right click the start icon and choose system, go to remote settings and ensure it is enabled the screen you shown is a firewall rule, means nothing if the RDP access is disabled. This whole section circled in black is completely missing on the Windows 10 home box. No issues on the Windows 7 box.
