It had one mantra that had some redeeming possibilities, But the rest of the book was more of a subscription to all his tapes, video programs, etc. I think it is more about his prosperity than fulfilling the needs of the reader. The material is straight-forward and easy to understand even though it draws from ancient traditions and practices normally only available to a select few through a Master that's something else I enjoyed - being privy to "secret teachings". I strive to stay positive in my perspectives, so a book like this that details meditations and techniques to enhance and improve one's life is appealing and helpful. I've been carrying it around with me and reading it whenever I have to stand in line, or wait for something - for whatever reason, because it gives me a "boost" and keeps me from becoming impatient.
