In the Other Devices drop down: r ight-click on MV2 , select Update driver , and then Browse my computer for driver software.

Navigate to the location of the extracted files, open the drivers folder, and select the appropriate OS folder. Please note E-Seek devices, as well as, magnetic readers with USB cables are considered "Serial Devices"; and they need to be configured accordingly. Only one scanning device can be used at a time.
